NHS receives many requests for volunteers. This page will list and update the requests on a regular basis. Please be aware that we do not "vet" these requests.
Many of our students have service requirements:
We do like to hear about our students' performance when they are engaging in the community. So, if you have any feedback for us please do not hesitate to share it with us.
We look forward to your feedback and assisting you in promoting future community service opportunities to our students.
Request for Volunteer Form: If you are providing an opportunity for volunteers, please complete this form and send to Holly Zilling at email@example.com.

Sunday March 19 is evaluation day for Niwot Youth Sports Baseball. This is for all registered players in kid pitch baseball, (AAA, and Majors). Players registered for seniors (13-14 year olds) will not need to take part. We will begin at 12pm, but this does not mean you have to show up at noon. We move players around the fields to 4 separate stations in groups of 7 or 8 per group. If all 100 players show up at once it takes a lot longer. So this year we are asking for the 9 year olds to show up at noon, 10 -11 around 1pm, and 12's at 2pm. This is only a guideline, and you can show up anytime you want between 12-3, but if you are able to come during these times it will help move things along a bit quicker. The process usually takes about 1 hour to complete all four stations. The event will be held at the Biff Warren Complex on Nimbus rd in Niwot. Players will need a glove and some type of baseball, or rubber cleated shoes. We will supply bats, balls, and helmets, but of course any kids that have their own can bring them.
We are looking for VOLUNTEERS for this event. This includes students needing community service hours. Please let me know if you are able to help. You do not need to play, or even know how to play baseball. Please contact Tim Rudden at firstname.lastname@example.org
