2024 Meetings

August 29th: 11 Grade IB Diploma and IB Course Students

October 31st: 10 Grade NPIB Students (Parents/Guardians welcome)

  • IB DP- two-year program- Requirements
  • 6:30- 8:00 PM (NHS Learning Stairs)

December 3th: Current 8-Grade students & families interested in NPIB/IB- Q&A

  • 6:00- 8:00 PM (TBD)

2025 Meetings

January 9th: Current 10-Grade NPIB students

Longmont students learn about robots, coding, AI with help from Northrop Grumman

Incoming Lyons Middle School seventh grader Avery Gibson is spending the week meeting “really cool” socially assistive robots and learning to code one. Working with a classmate, her mission was to give a small robot a fun personality and code it to lead people through games that include charades and truth or dare.

Local high school teams shine at state

As another high school sports season comes to a close, schools in the St. Vrain Valley School District competed in multiple sports at the state championship level. From navigating injuries and mental blocks to school work and friendships, there is much to celebrate for these student athletes. Here are just some of the notable accomplishments:
