- Kelly has been a school counselor for 6 years. Kelly spent 8 years in construction management before making a career change to school counseling. He joined the Niwot High School Counseling team in 2016. He is the Head Cross Country Coach at Niwot, and serves on the coaching staff for the Track and Field team as well. Education: B.A. Psychology, Western State College; B.A. Sociology, Western State College; M.A. School Counseling, University of Northern Colorado. An outdoor enthusiast and proud Colorado native, Kelly was born and raised on the Western Slope of Colorado near Steamboat Springs.
