Spanish 4 A/B

Students will advance their Spanish skills through literature, film, and other relevant media sources. Spanish 4 will continue an in-depth study of complex grammar points encountered in the first three years of language study, including the preterite, imperfect, present subjunctive, and perfect tenses. The past subjunctive will also be introduced in Spanish 4. Assessment will be based on performance in the areas of writing, speaking, listening, and reading comprehension. Class activities will include oral presentations, journals, papers, grammar instruction, and vocabulary acquisition. Students will participate in Spanish in classroom activities.
