Life Fitness

This class is designed for students who want to explore a variety of options for improving and maintaining their individual fitness levels. The goal is to give students both the knowledge and the physical skills to develop and continue good lifetime fitness habits. Activities offered are similar to those of health clubs: power walking, aerobics, circuit training, and weight training. Lifetime game play may also be included. Each student will keep a notebook of progress and fitness concepts information (e.g. heart rate, nutrition, and other fitness and health issues). This class may be taken for credit as often as desired.
