Iron Works II

This course will include advanced weight training techniques with an emphasis on the Olympic lifts. Speed, agility, and cardiovascular conditioning will be an essential part of this class. Students must possess a strong commitment to strenuous work and a deep desire to excel at overall conditioning. This class is a class specifically designed for the advanced lifter who is looking for an extreme challenge, has a strong desire to master the Olympic lifts, and who enjoys working in a highly competitive environment.
