All-District Jazz Band Concert at NHS

On Wednesday, October 25th at 6:30 pm, Niwot High School will host Jazz Bands from around the district in the NHS auditorium.  There is no cost to attend.  So if you like jazz music and enjoy supporting young musicians, come join us for a memorable evening of fantastic jazz!

"The Drowsy Chaperone" is coming to Niwot High School!

Mark your calendar now for the upcoming stage performance of "The Drowsy Chaperone!"  

November 9, 10, and 11 at 7:00 pm, and November 12 at 2:00 pm.  All performances will be in the NHS Auditorium, and tickets are $15.

Niwot High students in honors biology rotated through stations, building a biomacromolecule at one, solving a puzzle on their iPads at another and completing lab work at a third.

Their teacher, Caroline Moore, spent most of her time working with students at the lab station.

Welcome Apple 1:1 Visitors

Niwot High School is excited to welcome a team of Apple educators and educational leaders from other school districts on Thursday, October 19th.  These educators will get to hear about Niwot's implementation of iPads, professional development around iPad best practices, and to see the teachers and students in action.  It is a very excititng opportunity to NHS and we are glad to share with others the great things going on here!

September 2017 Students of the Month

Congratulations to our September 2017 Students of the Month!

NHS Homecoming 2017

Tickets for the homecoming dance will be on sale this week and next week during A and B lunch. Tickets are $12, homecoming t-shirts are $10, buy them both and pay $20. The dance is on Saturday, October 7th at the Plaza Convention Center in Longmont from 8-11pm.

National Merit Semifinalists!

It was recently announced that Niwot High School has 7 students who were honored as National Merit Semifinalists!  Congratulations to Jennie Chung, Genevieve Frye, Eddie Hew, Taha Krarti, Aleris Law, Aileen Ma, and Avi Moskoff.

This prestigious honor is bestowed upon students based on their PSAT scores.
