Dear Parents & Guardians –
Niwot High Conferences are approaching rapidly. We will have three fall conference nights this year. The conference portal will open on different dates for each conference night. Conferences fill quickly, so we recommend that you sign up as soon as possible.
September 20th: Open Conferences
Portal opens Thursday, September 13th @ 7:00 PM
Open conferences allow for parents to sign up for any spot with any teacher.
September 27th: Hybrid Conferences
Portal opens Monday, September 24th @ 7:00 PM
During this conference night, some conferences will be pre-scheduled by teachers and the remaining spots will be open for parent sign-ups.
October 18th: Invite Conferences
These conferences are reserved for teachers to specifically invite parents and students whom they would like to meet. Invite conferences are not available for parent sign-ups.
In order to access Meet the Teacher, on any internet connected device, go to https://niwothigh.meettheteacher.com.
You will then need the email address that is listed for you in Infinite Campus as well as your student’s School ID number. This information can be found in your Infinite Campus if you need to look it up.
A Parent Guide is also available to walk you through the process of scheduling.

Las conferencias de Niwot High School se acercan rápidamente. Tendremos tres noches de conferencia de otoño este año. El portal de la conferencia se abrirá en diferentes fechas para cada noche de conferencia. Las conferencias se llenan rápidamente, por lo que le recomendamos que se registre lo antes posible.
Septiembre 20- Conferencias Abiertas
El portal se abre Jueves, 13 de Septiembre a las 7:00pm
Conferencias abiertas permiten a los padres elegir cualquier espacio con las maestras/os que prefieran

El portal se abre el Lunes, 24 de Septiembre a las 7:00pm
Durante esta noche de conferencia, algunas conferencias serán pre programadas por los maestros y los lugares restantes estarán abiertos para inscripciones de padres.
Octubre 18: Conferencias de Invitación
Estas conferencias son reservadas por los maestros/as que específicamente invitaran a padres de estudiantes con los cuales les gustaría tener conferencia. Estas conferencias no están disponibles para que padres se inscriban.
