Experience in Education: Four years as a classroom Social Studies teacher. One year at Mountain Range High School and three years at Fort Lupton High School - where I was also the Social Studies Department Chair. Two years as the Assistant Principal/Athletic Director at Berthoud High School.
Responsibilities: Building Schedule, Director of School Safety, Director of Athletics and Activities, responsible for students with the last names of P-Z.
Education: Graduated from CU with two majors -- Geography and Education, and one minor -- History/Social Studies. Received Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education.
Personal: Married to a Special Education Teacher, Chelsea. We have two sons, Brekkin and Dekker. I have one younger brother, Tyler, who is stationed at Hill Air Force Base, where he flies the F-16 fighter jet. My mom still lives in Thornton, Co.
Interest: Spending time with family, watching sports, golfing, and traveling as much as possible.
