Pre-Calculus w/Trig A/B

This course is a continuation of advanced topics in College Algebra and introduction to Trigonometry. The course is designed for high-ability math students interested in furthering their math education to a higher level and is a prerequisite for AP Statistics and AP Calculus. Topics include families of functions and their graphs, trigonometric functions and graphs, trigonometric equations and identities, applications of trigonometry, parametric equations, conics, polar coordinates and equations, and matrices. Students will need a graphing calculator for this course.
