IB Mathematics HL 2 A/B

IB Mathematics HL 2 is the second course required to complete the IB Mathematics HL program. A mathematical investigation requiring student to research, connection, and proof of mathematical concepts will be required. This course is designed to prepare students for the IB Mathematics HL exam. Topics include: trigonometry, vectors, more functions and graphs, complex numbers, probability and statistics, more advanced calculus topics, and a curricular option. Only the top 14% of IB diploma students internationally are candidates for Math HL. Acceptance to this course is contingent on multiple factors and should be planned and discussed during sophomore year
